About the Role

Michael Kors is seeking dedicated representatives for their brand to join the team at the new Berlin Kurfürstendamm store as a Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

• Selling high-quality collections through excellent customer service and competent advice in a well-maintained and appealing atmosphere.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and implementing sales strategies.
• Building a loyal customer base.
• Supporting the implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assisting with cashier duties.
• Adhering to all given guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or comparable qualification.
• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
• Dynamic and motivating personality with the ability to transfer passion for the brand and products to customers and colleagues.
• Proactive approach, a keen sense of urgency, and willingness to act.
• Confident, well-groomed appearance and friendly, professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Good German and good English language skills.
