About the Role
Michael Kors is seeking dedicated representatives for their brand to join the team at the new Berlin Kurfürstendamm store as a Sales Associate.
Responsibilities
- Selling high-quality collections through excellent customer service and competent advice in a well-maintained and appealing atmosphere.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and implementing sales strategies.
- Building a loyal customer base.
- Supporting the implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assisting with cashier duties.
- Adhering to all given guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or comparable qualification.
- Minimum of two years of retail experience.
- Dynamic and motivating personality with the ability to transfer passion for the brand and products to customers and colleagues.
- Proactive approach, a keen sense of urgency, and willingness to act.
- Confident, well-groomed appearance and friendly, professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Good German and good English language skills.
