About the Role

As a Check Point Security Engineer (Presales), you will engage with advanced technologies, understand customer security challenges, and design solutions. You will be at the forefront of critical projects, ensuring customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Partner Technical Enablement: Engage and support the enablement of assigned Check Point Channel Partners.
  • Execute Channel Partner Technical Enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Team to recommend Check Point solutions for Partner customer cybersecurity needs.
  • Provide insight and advice to potential and existing customers based on Check Point's best practices.
  • Assist Channel Partners with technical engagements, addressing questions, providing consultative advice, and managing tasks like Proof-of-Value and Cyber Workshops.
  • Help Channel Partners demonstrate the full portfolio of solutions.
  • Support Channel Partners in responding to RFIs & RFPs with bid teams.
  • Actively participate in cybersecurity events.
  • Maintain timely activity reports and communication with management and Partner Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Prior experience at a Vendor or Distributor focused on channel pre-sales enablement.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant engineering and pre-sales experience.
  • Solid understanding of Network Security principles.
  • Experience with Check Point Security Gateways or equivalent vendor solution.
  • Other knowledge of Cyber Security Solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of typical customer architecture and cyber needs.
  • Exposure to network, cloud, and End Point security is advantageous.
  • Partner-first mindset and experience working with large to medium enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to create end-to-end security solutions, incorporating the value of Check Point and its Partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of teamwork.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
