About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is focused on building new business opportunities across the APAC Market (& Australia TBC), driving pipeline through proactive outreach, and supporting our sales and partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with proven success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification. You will have a solid track record of hitting and exceeding targets, demonstrate career stability, and thrive in a collaborative environment working alongside partners, account managers, and the wider sales team.
Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential new customers across APAC through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Target of 8 Enterprise opportunities per month over 1k users.
- Create a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team by booking meetings and demos.
- Work closely with partners and account managers to coordinate campaigns, share intelligence, and maximise joint opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs including activity metrics, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the UK & Ireland market, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Accurately log and track activities, ensuring data integrity and visibility of pipeline progression.
- Support a high-performance sales culture by sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales or similar role with a strong focus on APAC Market.
- Demonstrable success in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Experience working with partners and account managers to generate opportunities.
- Consistent history of hitting/exceeding targets and contributing to team pipeline goals.
- Solid career history with proven progression and commitment (not a “job hopper” with a history of less than 1-2years service in previous roles.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise activities that deliver outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and sales engagement platforms.
