About the Role
Castle Hill BMW is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician - Pre-Delivery & Reconditioning to join their high-performing Service Team. The role involves preparing new and pre-owned BMW vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and presentation in a modern, state-of-the-art workshop.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure vehicles meet BMW standards before handover.
- Carry out reconditioning work including minor mechanical repairs, cosmetic enhancements, and safety checks.
- Conduct road tests to verify vehicle performance and identify any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements
- A relevant automotive trade qualification
- Previous experience in a pre-delivery or automotive technician role.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a commitment to quality
- A strong work ethic
- Full NSW driver’s license and sound driving record
- A current and valid driver’s license
