About the Role

The ART Hotel Downtown Denver is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and drive revenue growth.
• Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and business growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing, occupancy, and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents.
• Set and monitor sales targets to ensure revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
• Secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events.
• Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a Hotel Sales Leadership Role (2+ years preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
