About the Role
The Training Manager will join the European Training Team of Global Water Solutions to deliver core sales training, support onboarding programs, and act as a Learning Business Partner for allocated divisions to drive learning engagement and business-specific training needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver core sales training curriculum including CSP, VSP, and SSP
- Support major core programs such as Global Water Onboarding classes
- Manage demand planning and training schedule creation for the financial year
- Act as a Learning Business Partner to provide learning engagement data and training updates
- Create new training programs tailored to European business needs
- Review and adjust current training offerings based on participant feedback
- Schedule and deliver ad hoc training classes
- Liaise with Global Water L&D Centre of Excellence to create global programs
- Assist with local language translations and validation of global training programs
Requirements
- 10+ years of field sales experience, preferably in a leadership position
- 5+ years of training or facilitation experience
- Training certifications or willingness to be certified
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of working time
- Beginner's mindset and eagerness to learn and apply digital tools
