About the Role

Eulerity is seeking a hands-on Finance leader to professionalize accounting and prepare the company for future growth during its pivotal "0 to 1" phase. The role requires taking full ownership of financial operations, managing pass-through costs, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with a focus on building AI-driven financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and the general ledger.
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
• Actively manage and reconcile pass-through media costs, understanding gross vs. net revenue in AdTech.
• Ensure client media budgets are accounted for correctly.
• Rigorously monitor cash flow, burn rate, and runway, providing real-time liquidity views.
• Establish and execute a disciplined month-end close process, producing timely financial statements.
• Implement controls and software stacks (e.g., billing, expense management) to professionalize financial workflows.
• Ensure financial historicals and models are structured to support future fundraising due diligence.
• Build financial models to forecast growth scenarios and assist in long-term planning.
• Partner with leadership to navigate debt and equity financing, utilizing knowledge of VC and Venture Debt structures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Agencies is preferred.
• Comfortable handling high-volume media pass-throughs.
• Experience setting up financial systems in a startup environment.
• Expert in QuickBooks Online (or Xero) and Excel.
• Working knowledge of how Venture Debt and Equity financing works.
