About the Role

We are a team of 6 therapists and 2 practice managers in an orthopedic-surgical physical therapy practice in the heart of Kreuzberg. We treat an international, young to age-mixed clientele with Manual Therapy/FDM in the practice and are looking for you starting October 2026 or later.

Responsibilities

• Creation of a diagnosis-appropriate treatment plan
• Diagnosis-oriented work with active patient involvement in the practice
• Application of treatment techniques from Manual Therapy, FDM, CMD
• Independent thinking and action in daily practice
• Empathy, flexibility, and enjoyment in dealing with patients
• Friendly and open demeanor as well as a well-groomed appearance
• Commitment to contributing to a team and further training together
• Optional combination with a position at a senior center two days a week

Requirements

• Completed training as a physical therapist
• Training accreditation in Germany must be available
• Further training in Manual Therapy/MLD or in training
• Further training in KG Bobath or PNF for work at the senior center is desirable
• English language skills are advantageous for treatments

Salary/Compensations

• Hourly wage and weekly working hours are individually agreed upon and depend on professional experience, existing further training, and place of work.
