About the Role
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service-driven Stock Associate for a temporary, part-time role from July through January. This position focuses on driving results and enhancing the customer experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment while executing stockroom best practices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented
- Support a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to safety standards
- Follow company standards for merchandise presentation and display
- Maintain store housekeeping
- Safeguard inventory through adherence to loss prevention programs
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures
- Execute replenishment, shipment processing, and receiving
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail and stock preferred
- Positive, high-energy, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 35 pounds
- Ability to use ladders or stairs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
