About the Role

The Dentist is primarily responsible for administering the highest quality of dental care to Jordan Health patients. This role aims to restore and maintain dental health by diagnosing and treating conditions of the oral and maxillofacial regions, improving both function and appearance. Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality dental procedures are delivered to Jordan Health’s patients.
  • Provide direct patient care and ensure quality provision of care.
  • Maintain a patient-friendly clinical service system that is responsive to the needs of all patients.
  • Demonstrate fiscal responsibility in meeting financial targets.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental institution.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in NYS.
  • Provider BLS/CPR certification.
  • Infectious Control Certification.
  • DEA registration.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Commitment to goals and objectives of the dental department.
