About the Role

As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for servicing a designated route of refill kiosks. This role is focused entirely on the upkeep, cleanliness, and proper operation of our refill kiosks, ensuring they are fully functional, clean, and operating at peak performance for customers. This position is highly independent and hands-on, requiring pride in maintaining and cleaning equipment, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner
Clean and sanitize outside vending areas
Verify component functionality
Drive to company locations/units throughout assigned area
Perform basic maintenance, repair, and trouble-shooting of units
Collect water samples
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to work independently
Ability to work required schedule
Clean motor vehicle record and current valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Capable of climbing ladders, walking, standing, stooping and bending
Ability to work safely in limited space inside water/water-ice kiosk
Ability to work in heat and cold
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
