About the Role
Step into a pivotal role shaping a sustainable and high-performing dealer network. As the Senior Regional Mobility & Sales Trainer, you will lead the coordination and delivery of sales, product, and dealership training programs, while driving meaningful engagement across the dealer network. Your efforts will directly support the achievement of sales targets and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of training programs and materials to build capability within TMCA and the Dealer Network, specifically related to product training (new and existing models) and Pathway to Purchase.
- Manage the development and delivery of training programs and materials to build knowledge of Retail & Fleet Customers on New Vehicles, Genuine Accessories and Connected Services.
- Creates and maintains regional reporting to highlight gaps and opportunities to upskill and support our Dealer Network.
- Maintains reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Manage fleet vehicles from orders, trails, PR & marketing requests for photo shoots, journos and events.
- Provides specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost.
- Supports ongoing supplier management.
- Monitors own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimize Toyota’s risk exposure and liabilities.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations.
- Advanced technical automotive expertise, with a solid focus on Electric Vehicles and the New Vehicle Efficiency Standard (NVES).
- Extensive expertise in training delivery and adult learning facilitation.
- Highly developed organisational skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Proven experience working within dealership environments, including delivering dealership training programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
