About the Role

SPORTIME is seeking a Multi-Sport Program Manager to implement instructional, recreational, and competitive programs within a facility. This role involves assisting with staff hiring, training, and supervision to ensure program quality and exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with recruitment, hiring, and training of multi-sport teachers, party staff, and front desk staff.
• Supervise teachers daily to ensure proper implementation of program curriculum.
• Understand and monitor the multi-sport budget to achieve financial goals.
• Inventory equipment and party supplies, and order new items as needed.
• Maintain a safe and presentable facility at all times.
• Sell multi-sport programs and complete associated administrative tasks.
• Assist with program billing inquiries, membership sales, and general club information.
• Collaborate with the club general manager to ensure the highest level of service to club members.
• Educate front desk staff on programs and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to use both fine and gross motor skills.
• Must be able to use abdominal and lower back muscles continuously over time without fatigue.
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
