Responsibilities

Providing cognitive and behavioral support, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure.
Assisting clients with personal care needs such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals.
Helping maintain a safe and organized home environment through basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Transporting clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
Offering companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid NY Home Health Aid (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification.
Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
Must comply with state background screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
