About the Role
We are looking for a professional to join our team to design complex information and communication systems optimized for regulatory requirements such as AI Act, DORA, and ESG. You will advise departments, lead workshops, identify digital trends, and contribute to data strategies while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar qualification
- Initial professional experience in Business Analytics, Data Governance, Data Science, or strategy consulting
- Good IT understanding and interest in data architectures like Data Lakes and Cloud platforms
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills for conducting customer interviews and workshops
- Strong analytical skills and a drive to develop consistent end-to-end concepts
- Experience in project management, particularly with agile methods like SCRUM
- High level of commitment, flexibility, creativity, and teamwork
- Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
