About the Role
You will design, build, and scale AI-driven infrastructure and software solutions. Working within the AI Infrastructure and Governance team, you will ensure reliable model capacity, robust governance, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical personnel to finalize requirements.
- Write and review detailed specifications for complex system components.
- Support GenAI development teams and manage model capacity.
- Maintain governance oversight.
- Execute complex bug fixes.
- Translate complex product requirements into software designs.
- Implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
- Operate in various development environments including Agile and Waterfall.
- Resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of AI systems, vendors, models, capacity planning, and provisioning.
- Strong understanding of AI governance and security best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with data manipulation language, optimization techniques, and data modeling.
- Expertise in development languages including Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
