About the Role

Mercedes-Benz of Austin is seeking an energetic, dependable, and self-motivated Sales Lot Manager / Porter to join their Sales team. This role requires an individual who takes pride in staying busy, works with urgency, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep sales inventory organized, clean, and customer-ready.
• Continuously move vehicles to support the Sales Department.
• Stage vehicles for customer appointments, test drives, and deliveries.
• Pull and park vehicles quickly and safely for Sales Consultants and Managers.
• Move inventory between Sales, Detail, Recon, Photography, Fuel, Storage Lots, and Delivery areas.
• Help maintain an efficient, organized, and professional dealership appearance.
• Assist with dealer trades, inventory transfers, and special events.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Safe driving habits and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and moving vehicles throughout the day.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
