About the Role
Execute go-to-market initiatives that connect product innovation with customer needs. You will develop positioning, support launches, build sales enablement resources, and gather customer insights that influence future product and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Execute go-to-market initiatives, supporting launches from planning through execution.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content to communicate product value.
- Create sales enablement tools, content, and training materials.
- Develop customer and market insights through research, customer conversations, and win/loss analysis.
- Translate insights into recommendations to strengthen product positioning and influence go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure coordinated launches and aligned priorities.
- Act as a connector across functions to ensure successful product introduction, adoption, and refinement.
Requirements
- Experience bringing products or features to market.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
- Comfortable developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, and customer-facing content.
- Genuine enjoyment in understanding customers and uncovering insights.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Effective communicator capable of presenting ideas and adapting messages to different audiences.
- Ability to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Enjoyment in moving ideas from concept to launch, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
