About the Role

Execute go-to-market initiatives that connect product innovation with customer needs. You will develop positioning, support launches, build sales enablement resources, and gather customer insights that influence future product and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market initiatives, supporting launches from planning through execution.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content to communicate product value.
  • Create sales enablement tools, content, and training materials.
  • Develop customer and market insights through research, customer conversations, and win/loss analysis.
  • Translate insights into recommendations to strengthen product positioning and influence go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure coordinated launches and aligned priorities.
  • Act as a connector across functions to ensure successful product introduction, adoption, and refinement.

Requirements

  • Experience bringing products or features to market.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
  • Comfortable developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, and customer-facing content.
  • Genuine enjoyment in understanding customers and uncovering insights.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communicator capable of presenting ideas and adapting messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Enjoyment in moving ideas from concept to launch, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment.
  • Energized by learning, experimenting, and continuously improving work processes.
  • Embrace new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity and decision-making.
