About the Role
The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as the “ right hand” to the Owner, managing both personal and business responsibilities. This role acts as a liaison between the Owner and their organization, personal networks, clients, and service providers, requiring independent judgment and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
- Assist with personal travel arrangements.
- Coordinate personal appointments and commitments.
- Assist with family-related logistics as needed.
- Manage calendar and scheduling.
- Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Monitor and respond to calls, texts, and emails on behalf of the Owner.
- Help prioritize incoming communications and requests.
- Support business initiatives across Scratch Restaurants Group and other projects.
- Attend meetings, events, restaurant visits, trainings, and other business-related activities as needed.
- Assist with special events planning.
- Use various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate, and/or format data and/or reports.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Exercise administrative judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.
- Travel will be required dependent on business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.
- Comfortable working directly alongside the Owner.
- Able to think independently and solve problems without constant direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of emails, calls, and text messages.
- Flexible schedule and willing to work evenings or outside normal business hours.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling changing priorities, solving problems independently, and staying calm under pressure.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
