About the Role
Colliers is seeking an aspiring appraisal professional to join their Valuation & Advisory Services team in Downtown Toronto. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to learn from experts, analyze data, gather market research, and manage projects from inception to completion, contributing to client success and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches, and surveys.
- Perform market research and financial analysis.
- Collect and organize market and property data.
- Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain necessary information.
- Perform thorough market research and engage with market participants.
- Contribute to preparing appraisal reports.
Requirements
- Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your AACI designation.
- An undergraduate degree.
- An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Argus is an asset.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
