About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing candidates to support the company's rapid growth. You will recruit across various scientific disciplines including spatial transcriptomics, scRNA-seq, proteomics, genomics, biosurveillance, omics, and emerging fields, as well as sourcing computational and wet lab experts, plus Sales and Operations talent. You will collaborate closely with the existing Technical Recruiter, founders, COO, Chief of Staff, and multiple hiring managers, managing a high volume of introductory calls and scaling hires while preserving company culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including outreach, screening, scheduling, feedback loops, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Handle candidate rejections with care and respect.
- Align with founders, operations, and hiring managers to define hiring goals and candidate profiles.
- Conduct check-ins with new hires to ensure smooth integration and cultural consistency.
- Optimize and automate recruiting processes to support scaling hires.
- Contribute to broader operations and strategy initiatives as needed.
- Build a leading recruiting function and enhance the company's hiring reputation.
