About the Role
The Market Leader is responsible for all aspects of the operation including winning work, recruiting and developing team members, and meeting financial and team member growth targets. This role includes accountability for building a successful practice area and coordinating with the Architecture Director to execute the corporate vision.
Responsibilities
- Business development
- Maintain proactive relationships with past, present, and future clients
- Prepare proposals, including teaming arrangements, scope of services and project fees
- Participate in interviews and presentations
- Direct negotiations with client
- Review and sign agreements
- Help create sales plans and strategies
- Project management
- Confirm client’s expectations are satisfied and our commitments are met
- Participate in planning and review sessions
- Oversee project parking consulting and functional design
- Oversee project design and the production of reports, construction cost estimates, specifications, and drawings
- Monitor quality review process
- Review and monitor project budgets and schedules
- Manage project revenue recognition, invoicing, and accounts receivable communications
Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

- Effective manager and leader.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of parking structure design, functional planning, studies and operations, and restoration.
