About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you play an important role in creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments where children feel valued, respected, and protected. This role is integral to covering programming, sick days, lunch breaks, and potentially longer periods like holidays or new positions. While scheduling is done in advance for continuity and security, flexibility for short-notice shifts is appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Help cover programming, sick days, and lunch covers.
- Step in for longer periods of time covering holiday or new positions.
- Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments where children feel valued, respected, and protected.
Requirements
- Must be available at short notice.
- Must be available for multiple shifts throughout the week.
- Applicants will be subject to child safety screening, including Working with Children Checks and reference checks.
- Share our commitment to child safety, inclusion, and respectful relationships with children and families.
