About the Role

The Analyst supports the Real Estate Investment team in the identification, selection, evaluation, and ongoing management of real estate investments and partnerships across the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of investment decision-making and partner selection processes
  • Examine potential investments, partnerships, and tax and financial structures using quantitative and qualitative tools
  • Assist in the underwriting process of real estate investments
  • Compile data and financial information
  • Conduct real estate market research
  • Participate in the monitoring and management of the investment portfolio

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investing, or related financial analysis
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline
  • Real estate knowledge in Asia Pacific markets
  • Strong interest in technology and related fields
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong academic and extracurricular track record
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets, portfolio management, and investing
