About the Role

Provide technical, educational, and sales support for Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) business units, with a focus on supporting CathWorks FFRangio. This field-based role requires patient-centric, collaborative individuals who can meet customer expectations for reliability and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support for CRDN business units and assist with sales strategy implementation.
  • Support the regional CRDN sales strategy, working with sales representatives and managers to achieve business plans.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance during procedures and implants.
  • Respond to technical inquiries via telephone and research solutions.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical product matters.
  • Conduct one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, seminars, and symposiums.
  • Assist in educating and training new Clinical Specialists and sales representatives.
  • Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable "train the trainer" programs.
  • Complete necessary documentation and customer service calls during/following cases.
  • Update sales representatives on cases and notify them of issues requiring follow-up.
  • Serve as a Medtronic representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service, and support.
  • Maintain current knowledge of CRDN, Medtronic programs, products, services, and competitive products.
  • Maintain open communication with district personnel, customers, and other Medtronic employees.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the territory.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time within regions.
  • Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization for roles below Principal level.
  • Must comply with all credentialing requirements at hospitals or clinics.
