About the Role

As IT Director, SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash Transformation, you will play a central role in a global ERP transformation, influencing how commercial, distribution and financial processes operate globally. This is an opportunity to redefine how a global organisation commercialises, scales and competes, requiring someone who can operate at scale, influence senior stakeholders and bring clarity to highly complex environments. You will shape how the business delivers value to its customers.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the global Order to Cash domain, acting as the solution authority.
Define the future state architecture and guide global deployment to ensure SAP S/4HANA enables a streamlined, compliant and scalable commercial ecosystem.
Manage pricing, contract management, fulfilment, billing, revenue recognition, and innovative models like consignment, loan kits, and field inventory.
Shape the global template and influence strategic decisions to reduce complexity and unlock value by working closely with senior leaders across commercial, finance, and logistics.
Challenge legacy approaches, define design principles, and ensure solutions are grounded in business outcomes.
Lead and develop a team of architects, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience leading Order to Cash transformation within SAP S/4HANA, including ownership of solution design across complex, global environments.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions.
A track record of simplifying landscapes, reducing unnecessary integrations, and enabling scalable, global templates.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including building high performing teams and operating effectively in global, matrixed organisations.
Strong governance mindset, acting as a true design authority balancing global standards with business flexibility.
Understanding of how to design compliant commercial systems in regulated industries.
Strategic thinking about how SAP can enable innovation, including AI-driven capabilities.
Ability to articulate the art of the possible and challenge decisions constructively.
