Responsibilities

Propose optimal plans and provide post-study abroad follow-up for customers seeking to study abroad.
Support customers with short-term study abroad programs (2 weeks or more), catering to a wide age range from 10 to 70s.
Manage high volumes of applications during peak seasons (spring and summer breaks) for the junior high and high school program team, requiring strong time management and rapid response capabilities.
Support students aiming to improve their English skills or prepare for overseas university admissions through long-term study abroad programs.
Approach educational institutions (junior high to university) and corporations to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements

University degree or higher.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Adaptability and a challenging spirit to thrive in a fast-paced organization.
English proficiency enabling communication with foreigners, as English is used daily in meetings and with overseas offices.
Full fluent Japanese proficiency.

Salary/Compensations

Monthly salary: 280,000 JPY ~ (based on experience and abilities)
Includes 40 hours of assumed overtime allowance.
Bonuses determined by numerical achievement (many employees receive over 3 months of their monthly salary annually).
