About the Role
Honey Homes is seeking experienced handymen in San Francisco to manage a dedicated route of 40-50 residential homes. This role offers steady, well-paid work with no on-call shifts, unpredictable schedules, or weekends, focusing on building trusted relationships with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated route of 40–50 residential homes as the trusted handyman for each homeowner
- Perform residential repairs and maintenance across multiple trades: Carpentry, Painting and drywall patching, Plumbing, Electrical, Smart home device installation
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term homeowner relationships
- Use our mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules
Requirements
- 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, or multi-trade experience
- Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting ability — can independently assess and fix most issues in a home
- Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching and painting)
- Customer-friendly attitude — great listener, strong communicator, proactive
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and your own tools
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
