About the Role
As a Wine Merchant, you will provide exceptional customer service, supported by a strong wine education training program and the opportunity to learn and taste Arterra’s award-winning wines in a fun, flexible store environment.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically engage and interact with customers
- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
- Meet and exceed shift targets
- Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals
Requirements
- 19 years of age or older
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders
