About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our new Employee Relations Centre of Expertise. You will help develop cutting-edge practices to enhance the Respect in the Workplace Program, conduct investigations, and provide mediation. You will partner with HRBP Employee Relations, Health & Safety teams, and various stakeholders to design and implement employee relations best practices, tools, and resources to support a healthy and safe hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise the HR community on employee relations and complex workplace issues.
- Collaborate with centers of expertise to develop tools, standards, and templates for operational HR teams.
- Partner with the Health & Safety team to strengthen hybrid work practices and processes.
- Advance domestic violence policy management and training protocols.
- Collaborate with the mental health team on psychological health and safety support.
- Implement workplace harassment prevention strategies.
- Conduct workplace investigations and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Elevate organizational training on workplace respect and mediation.
- Collaborate with corporate communications, legal, compliance, and IT departments.
- Ensure practices align with industry standards and propose relevant improvements.
- Utilize market research and data analysis to craft proactive strategies.
- Conduct gap analyses to enhance HR process efficiency.
- Analyze global trends and prepare executive summaries and reporting.
- Enhance internal dashboards and reporting KPIs.
- Leverage best practices for psycho-social risk prevention.
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with strong employee relations focus.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
- Eligible to work in Canada.

- 94,200 - 115,200
- Annual bonus target of 12% of base salary
