About the Role
This role involves joining a team of gaming professionals dedicated to elevating the casino experience at Crown Sydney. As a Trainee Dealer, you will be trained to deliver exceptional guest experiences in Australia's most luxurious casino.

Requirements
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
- Have flexible availability across a 24/7 rotating roster, including public holidays
- Commit to a 4-week full-time training schedule (Monday to Friday during business hours)
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Consistently punctual and dependable for all shifts and training
- High level of integrity
- Willingness to complete a physical assessment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL)
