Lightning Box, part of Light & Wonder, is seeking a Game Designer to join their digital team, a global leader in the iGaming market. This role offers an incredible growth opportunity in the Casino Games industry, combining a passion for gaming with a mathematics degree.
Responsibilities
- Develop formulas for new and interesting features.
- Turn spreadsheets and statistics into great games.
- Write software to create working game prototypes.
- Prepare submission documentation and QA games for highly regulated jurisdictions.
- Work alongside artists and programmers developing the latest in slot games.
- Engage in the Online gaming vertical.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or Statistics or due to complete this year.
- Top notch Math and programming Skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft excel.
- A self-motivated team player in a highly dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, C# or Python.
- Passion for problem solving and complex mathematics.
- Excellent organizational and communicational skills.
- Interest in the slots & the casino gaming industry is a distinct advantage.
