About the Role

As a Risk & Underwriting Support Specialist, you will support core underwriting and loss-analysis processes, generate reports, validate data, and assist with program administration. This role focuses on operational excellence and data-informed decision-making within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports
• Compile data from internal systems
• Assist with analysis of loss ratios and performance trends
• Validate data accuracy and completeness
• Maintain reporting templates and documentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support data needs
• Review basic exception requests
• Gather supporting data and documentation
• Escalate complex requests to senior team members
• Document decisions and maintain records
• Communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries received in the risk inbox
• Maintain documentation and organize shared folders
• Assist with system updates and administrative tasks
• Support cross-functional teams as needed
• Participate in meetings and maintain organized files

Requirements

• Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to learn new systems

• Adaptability to procedural and organizational changes
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
