About the Role
Superhuman is seeking a Business Operations Lead to partner with leaders across the Managed Growth business and Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role will drive strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution for key enterprise growth initiatives, connecting strategy to execution and ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM and Managed Growth leadership to define the Route-to-Market strategy and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead and operationalize cross-functional priorities across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability.
- Act as the operational nucleus for the Managed business, independently driving initiatives while scoping and partnering with Strategy and Operations team for support on key motions.
- Build and manage the operating cadence for the Managed business, including strategic planning cycles and cross-functional leadership forums.
- Serve as the bridge across Managed, Self-Serve, and Core Marketing teams through the Strategy and Operations function, ensuring priorities, insights, and updates are shared effectively to make the compound startup model work across our diverse products and GTM motions.
- Facilitate strong information flow up, across, and down the organization to support alignment in a matrixed, multi-product environment, enabling fast, informed decision-making that drives business outcomes.
- Drive operational readiness for new products, integrations, and cross-functional launches by coordinating planning and enablement across GTM teams.
- Own the Managed Voice of Customer feedback loop to inform product strategy, GTM prioritization, and customer experience improvements.
