About the Role
As an Account Manager at Pall Corporation, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive growth in existing accounts by promoting Pall Energy+ technologies, equipment, services, and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets.
- Drive business expansion by increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management.
- Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Pall filters, coalescers and housings in the Energy+ markets.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact customer capacity expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales and strategic teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful sales completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Pall (Field Application Specialists, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work.
- Maintain a strong, regular customer presence with multiple daily high-level face-to-face customer interactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries.
- Experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas, refining or petrochemical facility will be considered in exchange for sales experience.
- Experience in consumables sales as well as capital equipment is desired.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to travel – minimum 75% travel (including overnight travel, as applicable).
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.
