  • Build the cross-cloud use-case library for high-value enterprise buyer scenarios.
  • Map messaging to how CIOs, CFOs, and COOs make purchasing decisions and build frameworks for Cloud CMOs and field teams.
  • Turn solution narratives into high-impact pipeline assets like first-call decks, solution briefs, and executive presentations.
  • Partner directly with demand gen and campaigns teams and track how narrative choices impact pipeline and conversion.
  • Own cross-apps competitive positioning and drive the core argument for Salesforce as the enterprise agentic platform.
  • Operationalize competitive positioning into proof points, battle cards, and objection-handling resources.
  • Represent Apps in corporate-level campaigns, company-wide launches, and cross-BU programs.
  • Ensure the Apps portfolio shows up with one coordinated voice in cross-Salesforce initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product or solution marketing within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record marketing to multiple LOB buyers.
  • Demonstrated success building use-case and solution narratives centered on customer problems.
  • Deep understanding of how narrative choices impact campaign performance and pipeline.
  • Experience working directly alongside demand gen partners.
  • Fluency in enterprise buying dynamics, platform consolidation decisions, and positioning a multi-product portfolio coherently.
  • Proven ability to navigate and succeed within a highly matrixed organization by building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agentforce and AI agents.
  • Habit of personally using AI tools to work faster and produce sharper output.
  • History of taking on scope beyond the formal job description.
  • Visible ambition to grow into broader marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience spanning multiple product lines or clouds within a single company is a plus.
  • Professional background in consulting, revenue operations, or an LOB function prior to marketing is a plus.
