About the Role
You will play an important role in a dynamic and passionate team, collaborating on a variety of projects in the environment, renewable energies, hydroelectricity, transportation, materials, buildings, and climate change markets. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's corporate CV database and project sheet database.
- Coordinate employee resume updates, create and maintain resumes, and ensure consistency with company templates and branding standards.
- Coordinate the creation and updating of project profiles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company templates and branding standards.
- Support Proposal Specialists in the preparation of proposals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and other business development submissions.
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and formatting of proposal content and supporting documentation.
- Assist with proofreading, quality reviews, document formatting, and production of proposal documents.
- Support the preparation of forms, submission packages, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with employees across various offices to gather, update, and maintain accurate information.
- Assist with bidding site tracking and submissions through online portals.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in administration, communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting proposal development, document production, marketing coordination, or administrative functions in a professional services environment.
- Bilingualism (English and French), an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
- Experience with InDesign, an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and document formatting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading and editing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with document management systems, databases, or content repositories is considered an asset.
