About the Role
During the Internship Program, Interns will develop skills, build a network, and gain direct experience with investment banking. Interns will be working directly with execution and support teams in carrying out mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Junior, or Senior standing at a US or Canadian University with a 3.5 GPA or above
- Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation
- Demonstrated ability to model transactions
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research
- Demonstrated ability to make insightful competitive analyses
- Demonstrated ability to perform valuation analyses
- Work authorization in the US
Skills
- Financial modeling experience in Excel
- Basic or better PowerPoint skills
- Self-driven
