About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Consultants to lead business transformation and AI adoption for enterprise clients using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft's AI solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, etc.). This role involves supporting clients in vision setting, KPI design, and execution to achieve business outcomes, acting as an advisor, reviewer, or core project team member.
Responsibilities
- Support AI business vision and strategy formulation.
- Understand customer business environments and analyze challenges to formulate AI vision and strategy.
- Conceptualize and propose business transformation roadmaps using Microsoft AI solutions.
- Support customer work style transformation.
- Investigate and research current work styles and business challenges, focusing on employee productivity.
- Visualize ideal work styles and concretize AI utilization scenarios.
- Support KPI formulation and effect measurement.
- Formulate KPIs for vision realization and plan/adapt initiatives for achievement.
- Visualize return on investment (ROI) and explain to executives.
- End-to-end project delivery.
- Promote projects through effective collaboration with partners, clients, and team members.
- Proactively identify and lead mitigation/resolution of risks and issues.
- Executive advisory.
- Provide recommendations to CIOs/CDOs/business leaders and participate in internal steering committees.
- Review and ensure quality of high-quality deliverables.
- Knowledge dissemination and community activities.
- Reuse existing IP and create new IP.
- Actively participate in and influence technical communities and team events.
Requirements
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience, with relevant higher education.
- Over 6 years of business consulting experience utilizing Microsoft AI solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent products.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Work experience in a consulting business.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills and business-level English communication skills.
