About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Consultants to lead AI/Agent development for enterprise clients, leveraging technologies like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Azure AI. As generative AI and agent technology rapidly evolve, the demand for implementing AI solutions, developing custom agents, and building data-AI foundations is increasing. In this role, you will support clients' AI adoption technically as an advisor, reviewer, or technical lead on high-impact projects, integrating architecture design, implementation, and operation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI/Agent solutions.
  • Architect and technically support the implementation of AI solutions based on client business challenges.
  • Develop custom agents utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Develop agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Design and build custom Copilot/Agents for business process automation.
  • Implement plugin/connector development and external system integration.
  • Build data-AI foundations using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Design data integration and analysis platforms centered around Fabric, implementing AI utilization scenarios.
  • Support the design and implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
  • Provide technical support for client work style transformation.
  • Investigate and research current work styles and business challenges, focusing on client employee productivity.
  • Provide technical support using Microsoft AI solutions to achieve ideal work styles.
  • End-to-end project delivery.
  • Drive projects through effective collaboration with team members, including partners, clients, and leaders.
  • Proactively identify and lead mitigation/resolution of technical risks and issues.
  • Knowledge dissemination and technical community activities.
  • Reuse IP (Intellectual Property/Reusable Assets) and create new IP.
  • Actively participate in and influence technical communities and team events.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, with relevant higher education.
  • Over 6 years of technology consulting experience utilizing Microsoft AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent products.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end.
  • Work experience in a consulting business.
  • Fluent communication skills in Japanese and business-level communication skills in English.
