About the Role

We are seeking consultants with talent and passion to support enterprise customers in building and operating AI governance, leveraging Agent365 and Microsoft product suites (Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft Entra ID, etc.). With the rapid spread of generative AI and agent technology, the need for "responsible AI utilization," "risk management," and "compliance response" in companies is increasing. In this position, you will support customers in executing their AI strategies through a three-pronged approach of technology, control, and operation.

Responsibilities

Support for AI governance framework development
Support for designing and developing AI usage policies, rules, and risk management systems for client companies
Compliance with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, and Japanese domestic guidelines
Construction of AI agent control infrastructure centered on Agent365
Support for implementing agent lifecycle management, authority design, and audit log operations
Data boundary design and identity/authority control implementation
Implementation of data and AI governance using Microsoft Purview
Visualization and control of AI usage through DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, and Communication Compliance
Support for secure deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot / Azure AI
Tenant design, prompt injection countermeasures, and Responsible AI implementation
Control design for custom agents using Copilot Studio / Microsoft Foundry
AI risk assessment and PoC evaluation
Risk assessment, impact analysis, and guardrail design for customer AI use cases
Support for governance transition from PoC to production deployment
Advisory for executives
Recommendations to CIOs/CISOs/CDOs and participation in internal steering committees
Development of AI governance roadmaps and explanation of return on investment

Requirements

Over 5 years of practical experience in IT consulting or in an IT department of a business company
Expertise and implementation experience in one of the following: information security/governance (ISMS, NIST CSF, SOC2, etc.), data governance/privacy (Act on the Protection of Personal Information, GDPR, etc.), or cloud governance (control design for Azure / M365 environments)
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms
Native level Japanese, Business level English
