About the Role

We are seeking experienced Solution Architects to lead customer AI adoption, conceptualizing, proposing, and driving AI-centric solutions across various domains by leveraging Microsoft's AI solutions to address customer business and operational challenges. This role involves envisioning end-to-end architectures utilizing the full Microsoft AI portfolio to drive customer business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and propose AI utilization solutions based on customer's business, data, and system status.
• Design reference architectures that span AI Business Solutions (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Dynamics, Power Platform, etc.) and Cloud & AI (Azure OpenAI, data platforms, etc.).
• Lead sales activities in collaboration with sales and delivery departments (proposal/scenario creation, value proposition to customers, PoC design/promotion, internal cross-departmental collaboration).
• Develop offerings and create reusable solution assets.
• Provide AI utilization advisory to customer CxOs and IT executives.
• Provide technical guidance and enablement to internal consultants and engineers.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect in the enterprise domain or equivalent proposal/design experience.
• Experience proposing/delivering Microsoft AI solutions centered around M365/Copilot, and experience designing/proposing AI/data platforms on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric, Synapse, etc.).
• Knowledge of business application domains (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SAP integration, core system integration, etc.).
• Communication skills to explain technology in terms of business value to management and business departments.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience, and relevant higher education.
• Work experience in the consulting business.
• Fluent communication skills in Japanese and business-level communication skills in English.
