About the Role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced EHS leader to take full ownership of the health, safety, and wellbeing function for the Market Area SouthEast Asia, Oceania and India (MOAI). This role governs physical, psychosocial, and environmental risks across field operations, offices, and remote settings, ensuring compliance with diverse regulatory landscapes and contributing EHS insights to commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS strategy for NEO - MOAI, aligned with global frameworks and regional risk profiles.
  • Lead serious injury and fatality prevention initiatives, including critical control verification and precursor monitoring.
  • Govern psychosocial risks across all MOAI - NEO jurisdictions, meeting and strengthening regulatory obligations.
  • Manage workers' compensation performance, including premiums, claims, and return-to-work programs.
  • Lead, develop, and shape a specialist EHS team.

Requirements

  • Senior EHS leadership experience with familiarity in MOAI operating environments.
  • Proven experience designing psychosocial risk programs.
  • Experience leading organizations through serious incidents and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Demonstrated accountability for workers' compensation outcomes.
  • Understanding of high-risk field operations and contractor governance.
  • Credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Courage to raise uncomfortable risks.
  • Ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • A degree in Engineering, OHS, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
  • A track record that clearly reflects the demands of this role.
