About the Role
Join us in supporting the delivery of one of the UK's most significant international education programmes, helping create opportunities for learners and organisations across the UK and Europe. As Programme Support Officer, you'll provide operational and administrative support that enables the successful delivery of Erasmus+.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support across the Erasmus+ programme.
- Maintain programme documentation, guidance and standard operating procedures.
- Support consistent application of operational processes.
- Assist with maintaining operational records and documentation.
- Support colleagues with operational queries.
- Contribute to the effective administration of programme activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Support implementation of process improvements.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality operational standards.
- Build positive working relationships across internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Support collaborative working across Programme Delivery teams.
Requirements
- Current right to work in the UK.
- Experience working in an operational, administrative or programme support environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with documented processes and procedures.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
