About the Role
Abby Care is seeking an experienced and driven Growth & Expansion Associate to build and implement our expansion playbook and execute processes to launch and shape our growth roadmap. This role is crucial in bringing our program to new geographies and supporting thousands of new families.
Responsibilities
- Execute the vision of the Expansion function end-to-end.
- Define strategy for expansion and set north star KPIs.
- Build scalable processes and drive mission-crucial initiatives to bring our program to new geographies and to thousands of new families.
- Craft growth processes for scale and constantly experiment.
- Refine processes, design systems, and construct playbooks that will scale with exponential growth.
- Collaborate with leaders to balance optimal patient experience with varying regulatory requirements to support hypergrowth.
- Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams across the company.
- Serve as a critical voice for shaping our roadmap to further our mission.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of operational or strategy experience.
- Experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or fast-paced operations of a startup or larger company.
- Experience building and structuring operations teams on-the-ground.
- Stellar project management, recruiting, and leadership skills for a high-velocity operations function.
- Experience setting strategic direction, understanding the company’s mission, influencing strategic objectives, and executing toward measurable goals.
- Experience in business analytics and metrics; data-driven decision-making.
