About the Role

Varco Home Health offers flexibility, independence, and meaningful patient care by providing one-on-one care in patients' homes. This PRN position is ideal for nurses seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, catheter care, chronic disease management)
• Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license
• Home health or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred

• Austin and surrounding areas
