Responsibilities
- Write estimates and coordinate field estimates for repairs
- Ensure all data fields are entered correctly and completely
- Determine and monitor customer expectations throughout the repair process
- Address customer concerns immediately
- Check in vehicles and document with photos per insurance and CCC requirements
- Apply seat and steering wheel covers
- Review repair plans thoroughly after blueprinting
- Maintain professional relationships with insurance companies
- Provide customer updates at least twice weekly
- Document all customer interactions in ProfitNet
- Communicate additional repair needs to customers
- Coordinate with Production, Paint, and Parts departments to ensure accurate information
- Manage repair cycle times
- Maintain current Accounts Receivable records
- Identify up-selling opportunities during vehicle inspections
- Conduct final quality checks
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain a CSI of 95% or better
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Provide coverage for other estimators
- Purge CCC1/ProfitNet data on a 30-day cycle
- Manage canceled repairs and no-shows
Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age
