About the Role

Valets are responsible for safely, courteously, and efficiently handling the parking needs of patrons. This entry-level position offers opportunities for growth within the automotive field, potentially leading to roles like Service Pass or Express/Main Service Advisor. The workplace is vibrant, with a team that values both camaraderie and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-wash cars and drive through car wash
  • Park and retrieve client vehicles
  • Offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance
  • Greet each client and provide help with getting in and out of vehicle
  • Ensure clients loyalty by providing excellent customer service and responding immediately to clients concerns
  • Meet grooming standards; proper uniform attire
  • Practice safe driving skills
  • Report all incidents immediately to supervisor
  • Keep valet area neat & clean
  • Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Assisting the loaner department with fleet vehicles

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Pass a drug test
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Provide a 3 year driving record
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Able to cope with the physical demands of the job
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
