About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of key Large Domestic Accounts, acting as the dedicated custodian for these customers. You will be accountable for all aspects of account servicing throughout the policy lifecycle, including renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs), policy administration and customer relationship management. Training and guidance will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to progress in one of the world's largest insurance companies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against underwriting & financial measures as outlined in the plan.
- Demonstrate underwriting expertise.
- Develop, maintain & collaborate with Line of Business representatives on referrals and other business-related needs, as appropriate.
- Accurately select, assess and price risk in line with underwriting mentorship.
- Serve as a key Zurich contact for our customers.
- Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Previous Real Estate/Property underwriting experience is desired.
- Strong relationship management skills.
