About the Role
The Burger’s Priest is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our King East location. We prioritize a positive, inclusive workspace where you can be yourself while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Train and coach team members to provide high-quality service
- Set clear expectations and provide regular follow-up
- Implement direction and feedback from Senior Management
- Open and close the restaurant independently as a key holder
- Reconcile cash deposits
- Manage inventory counts and place orders
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
- Availability for evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Passionate about food and guest experience
- Food Handler Certified or willing to obtain certification
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods in a hot environment
